I am happy to answer any questions you may have on car cleaning and valeting. Please review some of the more frequently asked questions:

How much notice is needed to book a car valet?

From 1 hour to 1 day. It really depends on how busy I am.

Why does a car valet take so long?

Because I want to do the job in full. My aim for 100% customer satisfaction when it comes to car valeting.

How long will it take for the seats and carpets to fully dry after they have been shampooed?

During the winter season it can take up to half a day. In the summer season, drying time can be around 3 to 4 hours.

Do you need access to water or electrical power points when you valet my car?

My vans have everything onboard to carry out a complete mobile car valet service.

Do I need to be present whilst you valet my vehicle?

No you do not need to be present. I conveniently valet your vehicle whilst at work or home. I as a business as specialists in mobile valeting want to make it as easy as possible for you to make a booking with me at a time and place that suits you.

My paintwork has lost its shine. Can I get the shine back?

Yes I will use a product that will restore the paintwork as near to its original colour if not totally back to new. This depends on how far the fading has gone ie years of neglect.

Can you remove brake dust, and tar marks from wheels?

Yes

Can you remove road tar from my car?

Yes, I have the right cleaning products which will remove road tar from your car.

What payment methods do you accept?

At present cash and cheques are acceptable.
